Who may avail:                Parents/Guardians of all children 3 years old to 4 years & 11 months old

             The CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO) through the Day Care Service provides temporary care to children aged 3 years to 4 years-11 months old in the four (4) areas of Child Development: Personal/Social Dimension (the ability to relate to others), Cognitive/Intellectual Dimension (the ability to develop positive feelings for self and others), and Physical Dimension (the ability to move and coordinate). This service is provided through the Child Development Centers located in the barangay of the City.
