Who may avail:                All residents of the City who are Solo Parents with at least one (1) year of residency

            The CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO) issues identification cards to all solo parents residing in the City to enable them to avail of benefits provided by law. Solo parents are those who are left solely or alone with the responsibility of parenthood due to death of spouse, legal separation, abandonment of spouse.
