            The CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO) issues identification cards/booklets to all Persons with Disability (PWDs) residing in the City for them to avail of the privileges and benefits provided under RA 9442 and RA 10754.
