Who may avail:                A child below eighteen (18) years of age, alleged as, accused of, adjudged as, having committed an offense under the law

             The CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO) provide a social intervention program for Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) and Child at Risk (CAR). Services to be included are the following:

• Counselling and dialogue with CICL and CAR including their parents
• Conduct of Home and school visitation
• Conduct assessment
• Monitor intervention or diversion program
• Attend case conference and court hearing
• Referral for psychological evaluation and therapy
• Referral for educational assistance
• Referral for training
• Provision of livelihood to parents if needed
