Who may avail:
- Meat vendors with business permits and meat stalls at the Auxiliary wet market
- Food establishment owners/operators
- Anyone who wants to slaughter their animals for home consumption/occasion or commercial purpose
- Anyone engaged in the roasting of hogs and cattle
Meat to be sold in or outside the Auxiliary Wet Market should be slaughtered at the City Abattoir and should bear the mark ‘INSPECTED and PASSED’. This is to ensure that all meat sold in the City are wholesome and safe for human consumption as provided by the Meat Inspection Code of the City.
