             The City Government through the Office of the City Veterinarian provides animal dispersal and re-dispersal service as livelihood assistance to interested and qualified independent livestock raisers or farmer members of associations or cooperatives situated in the City. Animals for dispersals are goat, cattle, poultry and hogs. Recipients are required under the contract to payback first female offspring as payment for re-dispersal to ensure continuity of the program.
