              To involve more youth and promote equal and easy access to an array of project, programs, and activities for the youth that will enable them to develop and acquire more skills and enable them to earn competencies that is vital in their future endeavors, the Local Youth Development Office establishes city youth organizations and youth-serving organization registrations for recognition and easy coordination of proposed and arranged youth programs. Further, registered youth organizations in the city will be assisted to register in the National Youth Commission – Youth Organization Registration Program.
