Who may avail: Any individual caught in violation of City Ordinance No. 2014-02, 1998-01, 1998-02, 1998-01, 2006-05, 2020-04, 2020-17 and 2020-19
The Office for Public Safety implements City Ordinances on anti- smoking, anti- spitting, anti-defecating in public places, anti- littering and other issuances related to peace, order and security of the public. Those who are caught violating the provisions of the said Ordinances are penalized through the imposition of fines.
