Issuance of Tax Declaration and Cancelation of Assessment / Tax Declaration

Classification:                 Highly Technical
Type of Transaction:       G2C – Government to Citizen; G2B – Government to Business
Who may avail:                All persons, entities and corporations who:       

              • acquire or declare own real properties;        
              • avail of the transfer, revision, reclassification, subdivision and consolidation of their real properties;
              • declare their newly constructed/renovated building and newly installed machinery and cancellation of assessments in the City of San Fernando.

The Office of the City Assessor issues a new Tax Declaration covering the following:

  1. Transfer of Ownership of a real property from the previous owner to the new owner;
  2. Revision of Lot/s in terms of actual area, cadastral lot number and boundaries, and location
  3. Reclassification of Lot/s whether residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial, mineral and special:
  4. Subdivision/Consolidation of Lots.
  5. Newly constructed/renovated buildings and newly installed machineries
  6. Reassessment
  7. Identification of Real Property (Land, Building/ Improvement & Machineries)
  8. Omitted Registered Land or title, with previous/old tax declaration and with current “unknown” tax declaration
  9. Omitted Unregistered Land with previous/old tax declaration and with “UNKNOWN” tax declaration
  10. Cancellation of Assessment

PhP 60.00 per Tax Declaration or Service Request
