Type of Transaction: G2C – Government to Citizen; G2B – Government to Business
Who may avail: All persons, entities and corporations who:
- acquire or declare own real properties;
- avail of the transfer, revision, reclassification, subdivision and consolidation of their real properties;
- declare their newly constructed/renovated building and newly installed machinery and cancellation of assessments in the City of San Fernando.
The Office of the City Assessor issues a new Tax Declaration covering the following:
- Transfer of Ownership of a real property from the previous owner to the new owner;
- Revision of Lot/s in terms of actual area, cadastral lot number and boundaries, and location
- Reclassification of Lot/s whether residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial, mineral and special:
- Subdivision/Consolidation of Lots.
- Newly constructed/renovated buildings and newly installed machineries
- Reassessment
- Identification of Real Property (Land, Building/ Improvement & Machineries)
- Omitted Registered Land or title, with previous/old tax declaration and with current “unknown” tax declaration
- Omitted Unregistered Land with previous/old tax declaration and with “UNKNOWN” tax declaration
- Cancellation of Assessment
