- Complaints – clients who file formal complaints to the office
- Driver/Operator of any public utility vehicle/motorized tricycle
Public complaints against the public utility vehicle drivers and operators can be filed to the Public Assistance Desk Unit (PADU) of the Office for Public Safety, complaints may include but not limited to fares, driver’s conduct, operations, and others.
