Who may avail:                All children from zero (0) to eleven (11) months and born in the City or whose either parent are residents of the City and non-residents may also avail of the immunization with proper referral

             The City Health Office provides basic immunization services, such as Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG), Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV), Diptheria, Pertusis, Tetanus (DPT), Hepa and Measles vaccine, to children from zero (0) to eleven (11) months old.
