Who may avail:                All persons applying as waiters, waitresses, cooks, managers and persons who handle, store, prepare and serve food, drinks, ice, or who come in contact with any eating or cooking utensils and food vending machines

             The City Health Office issues health certificates to all food handlers applying for work in the City of San Fernando. This certificate is issued after the payment of the prescribed fees and upon compliance with the requirements set forth therein. Food Handler certificate issued is valid for three years.
