Who may avail: Baratillos, Flea Market, Night markets, Trade Fairs and other Seasonal Business Vendors
Baratillo and Flea Market shall refer to a type of bazaar or shopping market where inexpensive goods are sold.
Trade Fair shall refer to an event at which the local products and capabilities of the different barangays/local government units, local farmers, individuals and cooperatives are sold/showcased/exposed to present/promote the same to distributors, wholesalers, retailers and end-users.
Night Market shall refer to a baratillo or flea market that operates at night.
Seasonal Businesses shall refer to businesses that operate during special season such as, but not limited to, the selling of Christmas decorations.
Special Permit shall refer to the permit granted to participating organizers, contractors and vendors in the baratillos, flea markets, night markets, trade fairs and other seasonal business in the City.
