Who may avail:                Any employee of the City Treasurer’s Office authorized to receive and collect revenues.

             Officers of the local government unit authorized to receive and collect monies arising from taxes, revenues, or receipts of any kind shall remit the full amount received and collected to the Cashier or Local Treasurer of such local government unit which shall be credited to the particular account or accounts to which the monies properly belong, pursuant to Section 307, Republic Act No. 7160.
