             The City ENRO is mandated to protect the city from any pollution such as land, air, water, and noise.  Through the Pollution Abatement Control Program, the office provides inspection to the sources of pollution such as soil spillage on roads, oil spillage, open burning, improperly managed solid and hazardous waste, dumping of septage on bodies of water, improper wastewater management, water    contamination,    smoke    emission, fumes and noise.
