The City ENRO is in-charge of the implementation of the septage management services. Septic tanks shall be desludged once in five (5) years. The desludging schedule shall be made public in the barangays as stated in Section 16LXXI.02 of Chapter 16 – Sewage and Septage of the City Sanitation Code.
