             With its mandate to establish, manage and protect the mangrove ecosystems, the City ENRO is strengthening its campaign towards mangrove rehabilitation and reforestation. Hence, this Office offers services to inspect mangrove destruction considering the importance of mangroves in the fishery production, shoreline stabilization and prevention of shore erosion.

• For mangrove rehabilitation/reforestation: PhP 10.00/mangrove seedling (new accredited groups/organization)
• For mangrove destruction/cutting: pay the damage and rehabilitation costs (depending on the extent of damage)

Penalties: Php50,000.00 – Php1,000,000.00 under National Law
                 Php1,000.00 – Php5,000.00 each under LGU Code
