             As per City Revenue Code of 1993 (as amended under Tax Ordinance No. 2010-001), the City of San Fernando requires the Issuance of Zoning Certificate for New Business Establishments prior to the granting of business permits to ensure that the place/location of business is in conformity with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and other relevant Zoning and Land Use Ordinances, Rules and Regulations.
