Who may avail:                Owner of a parcel of land or any Individual Residents, Representatives of public and private institutions, Businessmen and Investors who intends to establish Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and Agro-Industrial Buildings and others within the City.

             City Zoning Ordinance No. 2001-007 dated December 11, 2001, and City Ordinance No. 2004-009 Amending Chapter III Article G on Land Use and Zoning Fees of the City Revenue Code dated December 7, 2004, provided that the City shall issue Locational Clearance/Zoning Compliance Certificate before granting Building/Construction Permits. This Certificate is issued to guide, control and regulate the future growth and development of the City of San Fernando in accordance with its Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and other relevant zoning and land use rules and regulations.

LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE

1. Single residential structure attached/detached, the project cost of which is:

• P100,000.00 and below …………………………………P 240.00
• Over P100,000.00 to P200, 000.00 ……………………….P 480.00
• Over P200,000.00 ………………………………………..P 600.00 + (1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P200.000.00)

2. Apartments/Townhouses, the project cost of which is:

• P500,000.00 and below …………………………………P 1,200.00
• Over P500.000.00 to P2 Million…….…………………..P 1,800.00
• Over P2 Million ……………………………………………..P 3,000.00 + (1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P2 Million regardless of the number of doors)

3. Dormitories, the project cost of which is:

• P2 Million and below……………………………………..P 3,000,00
• Over P2 Million……………………………………………P 3,000.00 + (1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P2 Million regardless of the number of doors)

4. Institutional, the project cost of which is:

5. Commercial, Industrial, Agro-Industrial, the project cost of which is:
