             The City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office aims to provide quality service in all thematic areas of DRRM: Prevention and Mitigation, Preparedness, Response and Rehabilitation and Recovery. Part of it is the 24/7 monitoring of CCTV in strategic areas of the city, prioritizing immediate dispatch for any life threatening incidents. This process details the procedure in requesting for closed-circuit television viewing, secure copy either printed or video footage.
