Who may avail:                All fishing boat owners and operators in the City

             The Office of the City Agriculturist shall facilitate the renewal of all registered fishing boats and endorse the fishery license to the City Mayor for approval. This is in compliance with the provisions of the Coastal Resource Management and Fisheries Code of 2010 to maintain, update and regulate the registration of all bancas in the City.

             The fishing boat license shall be renewed annually every January. If the license is not renewed, a surcharge of 25% per year shall be added to the gross cost of the fishery license. Plus, corresponding administrative fines shall be automatically imposed.

For Motorized banca:     PhP 300.00
For Non-motorized banca:     PhP 150.00
