             Republic Act 9184 and its 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations provides for a systematic procurement of infrastructure, goods and services to ensure transparency and accountability. This service provides the process of procurement of goods and services with an Approved Budget for the Contract above Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP50,000.00) but below Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP800,000.00) for goods and services; above Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP50,000.00) but below Four Hundred Thousand Pesos for Infrastructure.
