            • Duly registered cooperatives, Rural Improvement Club (RIC), 4-H Club, associations of women, youth, irrigators, farmers, and fisherfolks.

             The Office of the City Agriculturist (AGR) provides free technical extension support services in the formation and strengthening of the clientele organizations such as cooperatives, Rural Improvement Club (RIC), 4-H Club, associations of rural women, youth, irrigators, farmers, and fisherfolks as channels for development.

             This service includes organizational services such as but not limited to orientation, election, planning and budgeting, value formation, project development, investment and entrepreneurial development, livelihood program, and other continuing education.
