           The Department Heads’ meeting is conducted to ensure alignment across departments/offices and create a venue to problem-solve collectively, learn and progress as a group. Crucial to the smooth flow and management of the meeting is the presence of the Secretariat.

             While Secretariat services are provided before, during, and after the department heads’ meeting, among its critical role is the crafting of the order of business particularly on what business will be discussed.
