            The CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO) provides Health Care Insurance to all duly certified and validated indigent families residing in the City. Barangay Officials and workers, job order employees of the City, farmers, fisherfolks, solo parents, persons with disabilities, and individuals with chronic illnesses for the purpose of coverage under the Philippine Health Insurance Program.
