Who may avail: Out of School and other needy youths, single, and residents of the City, with a general average of 83% and above without final subject grade below 80
The CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO) provides educational assistance to the Out-of-School Youths and other unprivileged/needy youths assessed by the Social Workers who are eager to go back to formal schooling. It is for the youth of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries, National Household Targeting Program for Poverty Reduction (NHTS-PR) families, and low-income families of the City and are required to maintain at least 83% of the general average/grade and with the consideration to youth with special cases.
