Who may avail:                Out-of-school youth in the City of San Fernando, La Union

             The Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Inc. is a recognized community-based organization that innovates programs, projects, and activities seeks to empower and promote the holistic development of out-of-school (OSY) and socially, economically, and physically disadvantaged youth. To ensure inclusivity and impartial service for the youth in the city, the City Government of San Fernando through the CSWDO annually arranged OSY profiling and PYAP membership. After validation of OSY data submitted to the CSWDO by the Barangay Service Point Officer (BSPO), the CSWDO will distribute forms to respective barangays or coordinate with Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairpersons. OSYs may visit the CSWDO for the accomplishment of the PYAP form.
