Who may avail:                Bonafide residents of the City who are animal owners

             For health and safety reasons, the City Pound Keeper under the Office of the City Veterinarian impounds stray animals as mandated by City Ordinance No. 2000-007. While in the care of the Office of the City veterinarian the animals are examined, bathed, fed and given medical attention. Animals caught are released upon payment of the required fees. 

Impounding Fee:

• Small animals (dogs, cats, goats and poultry) –     Php 500.00
• Large animals (cattle, carabao and horses) –     Php 500.00
• For every succeeding day per animal –     Php 50.00
• Penalties shall be imposed for violation of the City Ordinance
