Who may avail:                Any person who has passed the Licensure/Board Examination who wishes to exercise or practice his profession in the City

             A tax is imposed and shall be collected from persons engaged in the exercise or practice of profession requiring government examination. Any person who passed the Licensure/Board Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and who wishes to practice such profession within the City shall first pay the Professional Tax which is valid for one (1) year pursuant to Section 139 of the Local Government Code and the Tax Ordinance No. 2009-002 of the City
