Who may avail: City Officials, Permanent, Co-Terminus and Temporary Employees & Family of Deceased City Officials, Permanent, Co-Terminus, Temporary, Contract of Service and Job Order Employees
Mortuary Benefit is an assistance derived from the collective contributions of city officials and employees. The authorized beneficiary of the deceased Elective Officials, Permanent, Co-terminus, Temporary, Contract of Service and Job Order employees shall be entitled to the benefit. Likewise, bereaved Elective Officials, Permanent, Co-terminus and Temporary employees shall likewise receive the same.
NO FEES AND CHARGES REQUIRED.
