Who may avail:                Operators/Drivers of motorized tricycles who are registered voters and permanent residents of the City of San Fernando

             The Local Economic and Business Development Office issues Motorized Tricycle Franchise to qualified applicants.  The franchise fee per unit is payable annually ten (10) Days prior to the anniversary date of the issuance of Franchise.  The Franchise shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of its issuance, renewable every three (3) years.

Franchise Fee:     PhP 1,000.00
Filling Fee:    PhP 300.00
