Who may avail:                Operators/Drivers of motorized tricycles who are registered voters and permanent residents of the City of San Fernando

             This permit is applicable to all operators of motorized tricycles whether for hire or for private use.  It pertains to their use and operation, and is required in the maintenance of the grant of franchise to operate within the city. The Permit shall be renewed from January until February 28.  Penalties are imposed after this period.
