             The Corporate Relations Office is mandated to provide relevant, accurate and adequate information suitable for public consumption. It extends government transparency through maximizing different communication materials in the form of published articles, photo releases, press releases, audio-visual materials, magazines, primers and brochures. The office also utilizes existing communication technologies through print, broadcast and digital media for the enhanced delivery of basic services. 

             The Corporate Relations Office also manages the customer’s feedback and complaint mechanism of the City Government.
