           As provided by Tax Ordinance 01-2009, persons, corporations, clubs, organizations, or associations who intend to solicit or receive contributions for charitable, public welfare or conduct fund-raising activities within the city must secure a permit before the conduct of the same.

            A service fee of P500.00 is applied but the service is free for barangay and religious purposes.
